Italian brand FURLA is looking for E-Commerce (e-store) & Digital Marketing Manager who is well organized and able to manage all aspects of OMNI-channel online store in Russia, who can read data and act fast.
Responsibilities:
Implement the company’s international e-com and digital strategy with core focus on Russia;
Responsible for the correct roll out of all the aspects related to online store and of the daily oversight of the e-commerce platform;
Lead OMNI-channel projects;
Manage all the issues related with the logistics, payments and services provided for customers via online store;
Manage Offers and Promotions, new categories and new initiatives front/back end management;
Drive online revenue by increasing traffic, CR and average order value;
Support Visual Merchandising and ensure of the full assortment represented onsite;
Plan and execute: plan a yearly calendar of activities and, once approved, execute it respecting objectives and timelines;
Execute CRM projects, CRM data management and e-mail marketing;
Develop Digital Marketing actions in order to improve performance;
Performance marketing;
Social marketing;
Close cooperation with global e-com and marketing teams (daily communication with Italian HQ — through video- and audio-conferences, e-mailings);
Daily monitoring of all KPIs, being able to read the data and take quick actions from all perspective: online store management, merchandising and marketing;
Partner management: management of contractual and operational aspects of our suppliers/vendors;
Partner with marketing agency to drive qualified traffic to store, manage budget and closely monitor ROI of each channel;
Seeking for constant development and improvements;
Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and performance analysis as well as insights and proposals to drive change and rise performance of the channel.
Requirements:
Commercial approach;
E-commerce experience and general understanding of e-com & digital marketing eco-system;
Knowledge of SEM, SEO, affiliation;
Strong attention to details;
Responsible execution approach;
Extended project management skills, strong selforganization;
Must have excellent oral and written communications (both Russian and English) and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools;
Google.Analytics, Yandex.Metrix knowledge;
Knowledge of Bitrix and SalesForce will be advantage.
