Mars is looking for an E-commerce director who will develop Pet Nutrition Russia E-commerce business.

 

You will do:
Develop Pet Nutrition Russia E-commerce business, identify and leverage new opportunities for e-retail channel development ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenue. Ensure leading position of Pet Nutrition brands visibility in e-channel, drive high standard category solutions and e-store project deployment.
Create and realize midterm and long-term business development strategy for E-commerce business to deliver better P&L by Customer and to perform NS growth targets and key category metrics. Ensure enterprise thinking & approach.
Convert the Customer’s objectives and success criteria into compelling programs of joint collaboration, combining the use of Pet Nutrition category solutions with whatever services, projects and activities from Pet Nutrition side /customer’s side are required to achieve the objectives.
Identify and propose future business opportunities for profitable growth given the knowledge, analysis and monitoring of the market trends and the political, economic, and social environment.
Be voice of E-commerce in the Organization, collect and share Retail and Shopper insights to ensure right and timely responding to the market trends and customer landscape transformation. Drive D-Commerce agenda within the business, lead the required mindset and capabilities building within the team and broader within cross-functional team. Represent OMNI-channel customers’ needs to the rest of the business (e.g. senior management team) to capitalize on learnings and ensure continuous progress with clients and for the overall business.
Lead and develop high performing team to deliver business objectives.
Build strong collaboration with Global Team, representing Russia in Global Community. Bring experience and knowledge from other regions, identify and implement best practices adapting them to the Russian market.

 

We expect:
Higher Education, Business degree preferable.
English is a must.
Minimum 5 years in D-Com Sales at a senior leadership role; min 5 years of people leadership experience.
Experience of leading x-functional projects and driving organizational changes. Ability to build strong collaborative relationships between different functions across the organization.
