H&M is searching for an E-commerce Category Lead. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

Drive net sales and day-to-day operations of the commercial agenda and merchandising strategy to meet targets in your e-com markets by optimizing internal- and external exposure and pricing
Knowing your customers, giving the customers what they want and selling our products and total assortment in the best possible way by setting sales goals and execution strategy for your concept in alignment with the omni sales team
Assortment, product lifecycle and stock management from an operational and executional sales perspective by managing your concept to achieve stock freshness with appropriate reductions cost and commercial planning
Collaborating with the regional merchandising team to provide them with input regarding your concept and about customer needs and shopping behavior to locally adapt commercial plan to customer needs

 

Qualifications:

You have a University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Fashion
You have 2+ years of E-commerce experience and knowledge within Omni retail and Assortment
You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken
You have strong interest in data
It´s meriting with previous experience within web analytics as well as Google Analytics
You have good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and analytical tools e.g., Power BI and Google Analytics.
