L’Oréal continues rapid growth in E-commerce and opens the new role of eCommerce Activation Director.
This position includes leadership in eCommerce activation (Indirect channel) for mass market brands (Garnier, L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline, NYX Professional Make-up) in L’Oreal portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and own e-commerce activation plan (commercial events and marketing campaigns) in line with brands’ strategies; customized by Retailer
- Drive sales KPIs and market share growth. Identify growth strategies in cooperation with Commercial, Category Development and Brand teams
- Manage advertising budget and ensure efficient split based on ROI
- Strategize eMerchandisingbased on current and forecasted sales objectives, key seasons and events, and website selling data
- Participate in e-JBPand work closely with Retailers management team (in co-op with Commercial team) to drive specific sales events to enhance brands’ visibility and improve sales performance
- Identify online business opportunities by detecting new trends, players, technologies and digital services
- Share best practices and create reporting system to facilitate decision making process
- Ensure efficient communication & collaboration between teams (Commercial, Activation, Brands, Retailers) is in place

Key requirements:
- 5+ year experience in eCommerce (brand / trade marketing / category management)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ambitious, confident and entrepreneur
- Ability to surf in a matrix organization, building connections & network - both internally and externally
