Ferrero is currently looking for E-com Key Account Manager.

 

Main responsibilities:
Implement sales strategy;
Lead sales development in e-commerce:

Maintaining existing customers and finding new ones,
Evaluating new opportunities, new methods and channels of distribution,
To build and develop relationships, identifying opportunities,
Preparation of channel development plans, identification of key development directions,
Preparation and implementation of development plans for key clients in the channel;
Conclude commercial contracts with TOP clients;
Ensure fulfillment of the agreed sales plan in e-commerce;
Analyze and forecast sales opportunities in assigned channel and TOP clients;
Negotiate and confirm sales plan (by SKU) with distributors and clients;
Collect, analyze business related information in/about e-commerce channel (business awareness: distributors, subdisctributors, top clients, compet. conditions and actions, pricing policy, best world practice;
Etc.

 

Main requirements:
Strong leadership, people & team management (including coaching), negotiation & decision making skills;
Analytical and financial analysis skills;
Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, result-oriented;
MS Office — Advanced;
English — Intermediate.
