1. Marketing Manager
About the role:
- Company is looking for a marketer who, together with the team, will be responsible for the successful launch of Dodo Pizza in Turkey this year. Your key tasks will include brand positioning and pre-launch marketing, followed by coordinating the marketing activities of sub-franchisees and creating common marketing processes
- Geographically it will be necessary to be in Turkey
What you will be doing:
- Study the local market and competitive environment (market, customers and competitors research and regular monitoring)
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to enter a new market in Turkey (determine the differentiating USP and adapt Dodo Pizza's positioning to the country's cultural characteristics and trends)
- Develop a pre-launch marketing plan for the new market and ensuring a successful launch in Turkey
- Developing a menu that caters to the needs and habits of consumers in the market
- Adapting marketing materials and tools to market needs (product marketing, working with the customer base, offline and online promotion tools)
- Coordinating the work of local marketers. Creating a unified marketing approach to market development
- Analyzing the efficiency of marketing activities and being responsible for allocating the federal budget
- Organizing cross-team interaction with agencies and other contractors
What company expects from you:
- A C1 or higher level of English. Knowledge of Turkish will be a big plus
- QSR chain marketing experience will be a great advantage
- Experience with local marketing tools (BTL, trade marketing, promotional campaigns, organization of events, etc.)
- An understanding of the basic principles of media planning (social network targeting and analytics, Google advertising, SMM)
- An understanding of customer analytics (e.g., retention, frequency, average check)
- Knowledge of marketing tools (Mindbox, MailChimp, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics)
- Solid project management and cross-team communication skills with successful case studies
- Willingness to dive in and understand the specifics of a new market and media space
- Readiness to take responsibility for making decisions

2. Supply Chain Manager
About the role:
- Supply Chain manager for Turkey is responsible for local sourcing and supplier performance evaluation, building of Supply Chain design in the region, “make or buy” decisions, strategic and operational procurement, claim and contract work, communications with stakeholders
- Geographically it will be necessary to be in Turkey
What you will be doing:
- Regular sourcing of new suppliers
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Procurement planning
- Claims work
- Supplier development
- Participation and involving in new product launching
- Based on accepted supply chain design the candidate will potentially communicate with 3 Pl or 4 PL operator
- Interaction with business development, R&D and marketing
- Close communication with franchisees
What company expects from you:
- A C1 or higher level of English. Knowledge of Turkish will be a big plus
- +7 years’ practical experience in Procurement/Purchasing (ideally in FMCG, QSR or retail)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Supply management (has an understanding of supply chain structure, inventory management, planning and distribution, Incoterms)
- Analytical skills (working with spreadsheets)
- Market analysis and trend watch (knowledge of suppliers market in QSR in Turkey is desired)
- Project experience and cross-functional management
- Procurement strategy (Purchasing chessboard or Kraljic matrix)
- Procure-to-source (P2S) knowledge
- Solid project management and cross-team communication skills with successful case studies
- Willingness to drive in and understand the specifics of a new market
- Ready to relocate to Turkey
- Ready for frequent business trips
