inDrive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Drivers Branding Team Leader to join the company.
You will play a key role in shaping and executing the brand strategy across various channels and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination and development of a driver branding campaigns in CIS, MENA and Africa regions
- Supervise a team of specialists: set up daily workload, long-term development of the employees, solving problems that arise throughout their work
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables (data collection, data analysis, reports preparation, contracts, invoices)
- Maintaining long-term business relationships with agencies and other vendors to ensure smooth operation of branding campaigns
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to safety, advertising regulation, competitors policies.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Performing research and analyzing market data to find ways to attract more drivers for branding
- Ensuring brand longevity (drivers send photo / video reports as scheduled, bonuses sent in a timely manner, etc.)
- Extensive communication with other teams involved in branding activities: business development, marketing, driver operations, legal, etc.
- Data analytics: to forecast long-term plans, come up with innovative projects (like the design of the experiment), ability to make financial analysis and forecasts using standard instruments (Google sheets, Tableau)
- Occasional traveling to cities where branding projects are happening to see the progress and monitor the entire process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in preferably business or marketing
- 3-5 years work experience
- Fluent in English
- Able to maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Resourceful with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills (experience seeing projects through the full life cycle)
- Extensive problem-solving skills, proactive with content/work and solutions-oriented approach
- Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while prioritizing
- Work independently
