MANGO is looking for a District Wholesale Manager.
What would your day to day look like?
- Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will ensure an increase in the sales of the stores in the area through different actions, according to the market strategy, by guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience and optimizing the product management in order to increase the efficiency of the wholesale partner
- You will communicate and provide training of the merchandising and trading strategy to all wholesale partners in the region to ensure the company image and to transmit the brand values to the “end customer”
Key responsibilities:
- Mentor and advise our franchisees in the purchasing process, after-sales and general follow-up, making frequent visits and helping to optimise the final sale
- Ensure that the mission, vision and standards of MANGO are understood, embraced and implemented by franchise employees
- Analyse and review the objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of all the stores in order to advise the franchisee about measures and thereby promote the maximum profitability of the area
- Identify franchise needs and expectations in order to take the necessary steps to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, being the interface between the head office and the franchise partner
- Work in close contact with the product managers who will guide through all sales aspects of doing business in the area
- Support strategy implementation, ensuring that all concepts are properly understood and provide feedback with pictures after visits, informing buyers and product manager
- Review floor plans for new shop openings and renovations, suggest changes in distribution and decor if necessary
Product and merchandising:
- Review the product needs of the stores and ensure that proper replenishment is performed to maintain profitability
- Ensure that all merchandising guidelines are implemented and executed in accordance with the requirements of the company
- Encourage and advise the franchisee staff to highlight the importance of visual merchandising as an essential branding tool
People management:
- Transmit the culture, the values of the company and the passion for fashion to the franchise stores, being a role model in terms of motivation and commitment
- Lead by example through constant, clear and honest communication and a positive attitude
- Coach and provide training and feedback to the franchisee management teams
