In this role you will be responsible for driving sales as well as brand and retail execution for Swarovski stores, partner boutiques, concessions and multibrand retail partners for Russia with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this role you will report directly to Head of Sales and your main duties will be the following:
- Managing sustainable sales performance (sell-out) of Swarovski Retail, Independent Retailers and Multibrands within defined territory of Russia and ensuring targets are met, effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions
- Providing leadership and direction for own team on the defined territory of Russia, as well to all teams working for the territory (e.g. sales, merchandising, planning, training) to ensure a joint achievement of objectives and financial targets
- Effective store visits to develop and follow up on practical and achievable action plans as per guidelines defined
- Ensuring excellent and consistent consumer experience across all touch points, based on central guidelines, securing the maximum impact to the consumer.
- Creating and implementing operational plans to deliver seasonal brand and product training to the stores and ensuring knowledge is transferred into sales skills
- Working side-by-side with HR to attract, develop and retain the right people (store sales force) thus securing the right present and future capabilities for the organization
- Actively monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback systems, the behaviors and patterns of the stores‘ customer base, drawing conclusions and coaching Store Managers to meet or exceed customer expectations
ABOUT YOU
To fulfill these tasks, we are looking for a motivated talent holding a commercial degree and bringing at least 3 years of working experience in a fashion, retail and wholesale multichannel environment. To be successful in this role business acumen, strong leadership and lateral management skills as well motivational and organizational skills are a must have. You are passionate for our brand, advanced in numeracy and literacy, able to manage multiple stakeholders and have strong customer service focus and relationship building skills. Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel in the assigned area up to 80% of working time are among the assets that will help you excel at SWAROVSKI.
