Wella is looking for a Distributor Operations Manager Retail Hair (Ural, Siberia, Far East).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sell, implement, and evaluate joint business plans with the customer to deliver NR, shipment, and share goal provided by the MKT & TM Team;
Lead development of aggressive but realistic Distributor and/or joint (with customer) objectives;
Develop, lead and evaluate with Distributor joint business plans that deliver volume and share objectives;
Provide leadership to key corporate initiatives in all business channels (retail, wholesale);
Lead Distributor volume estimating process;
Sell Corporate programs — consistently representing Wella principles, values, strategies and philosophies;
Lead and control the deployment of funds against clearly defined business channels specific volume and DPSM opportunities;
Personally call on key decision makers at Distributor to understand and influence customer strategies and systems;
Develop and maintain productive relationships with key Distributor executives;
Create alignment internally and with Distributor of policies, strategies and objectives;
Control Distributor operations overseeing Finance (P/L, working capital, cash flow), System, Customer Service / Logistics and Inventory Management;
Manage all details related to the day-to-day business (i.e. volume forecasting, deductions, price changes, administrative issues, etc.);
Lead major Business reviews with Distributors and key customers identifying building business opportunities, breakthrough ideas and new trade channels;
Ensure perfect reporting including Business Review, initiative tracking reports, field trip or training memos with sales force of Distributor, competitive information etc.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

Essential:

3+ years of experience of KA or Distributor management / leading at this territory in
multinational company, preferably FMCG or beauty industry;
Intermediate level of English;
Mobility to be ready to have business trips (30%+);
Selling & relationship management: understanding Customer, reaching agreement, strong communication skills, adaptability & flexibility, ability to build collaborative and trusting relationships;
Customer strategy alignment: strategic thinking and problem solving, joint business planning, collaboration;
Category planning & customer execution: focus on results and accountability;
Shopper, consumer & industry understanding: analytics, financial acumen, shopper and consumer insights.
Desirable:

Industry, category and product knowledge.
