DP WORKING CAPITAL MANAGER role:
Analyse and forecast Distribution Partners (DP) working capital for RRP & RMC business
Support with estimation of credit required to finance new business initiatives or changes in JTI strategy
Minimize JTI credit risk and ensure appropriate level of credit security while supporting corporate revenue
Ensure control on Export customers in terms of credit provided, Bank Guarantee coverage and timely Accounts Receivable settlement
Ensure control on Non-trade customers in terms of credit provided, overdue payments collection (if any), debt write-off as per JTI policies and procedures (P&P)
Enforce full compliance with JTI P&P and JSOX controls in credit control area
Responsibilities
Analyse working capital (Stock levels, Accounts Receivable) of DP for Russia Market. Deliver summary to local management
Prepare and update DP working capital rollover forecast on a weekly basis, timely inform management on any upcoming peaks
Ensure effective Credit limits maintenance for all customers in accordance with JTI P&P
Ensure optimal level of security of JTI credit provided to DPs and adequate credit coverage in line with local Bank Guarantee Policy
Evaluate DP financial sustainability to comply with JTI standards
Closely collaborate with JTI Sales team and clients to ensure DP reporting
Cooperate with BSDS and GBS as SAP power user for credit control module
Monitor and analyse customers overdue, timely communicate to management for decision making
Ensure full compliance with JSOX, AML and SPL requirements
Qualifications & Experience
High Degree in Finance /Accounting / Economics
Strong analytical skills
PC literacy (MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus)
English (verbal and written skills) — Upper Intermediate level
Knowledge of Russian accounting and IFRS is a plus
Knowledge of statistical methods is a plus
Communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
