The company operating in the Georgian market in the field of production of dairy and other products is announcing a vacancy for the position of Director.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the company`s business strategies
- Providing strategic advice to the board and chairperson
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
- Oversee the company`s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Control of production processes, constant care for the creation of new products and growth of the assortment
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
- Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
- Constant development of the company, focusing on innovations and submitting new projects
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of business administration/finance, or economics, master degree
- At least 7 years of experience, and 3 years of working in a similar position
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Experience in managing production processes will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of English and /or Russian
- Good knowledge of MS Office
