TradingView — крупнейшая в мире финтех-платформа, которой пользуются 50 миллионов человек из более чем 180 стран, и даже Антарктики.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the development department and the business
- Organize the flow of information in both directions between the development department and the business
- Relieve CPO and product heads of non-profile tasks
- Create and implement a performance management system (establishing OKRs, KPIs)
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Manage tools (for roadmap creation, performance measurement, etc.) used by the product team
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in product management and/or product ops
- Deep understanding of product management tools
- Project management experience, including simultaneous management of multiple projects and teams
- English language proficiency at the upper-intermediate level
- Conversational proficiency in Russian
Initial tasks:
- Prepare and visualize the product roadmap (in the medium and long term), which will be communicated and coordinated between the marketing, development/sales, and financial teams
- Enhance the dashboard of epics (strategic projects)
- Prepare and visualize the company's structure (create a flexible and accessible dashboard)
- Create and formalize company policies (one of them being the process of changes for employees in terms of locations, teams, work formats, etc.)
- Configure and implement the Jellyfish engineering management platform
