Radisson Blu Sheremetyevo Hotel is a unique hotel with the direct connection to Sheremetyevo airport terminals D, E, F and Aeroexpress train. It boasts brand modern 391 rooms including 16 Suites, free wifi all over the hotel, 1800 sqm conference facilities incl. a 200 sqm ballroom for banquets up to 150 guests or theater style 222 person, Altitude Sky Bar with panoramic view to Sheremetyevo Airport airfield, 400 sqm Stratosphere restaurant and bar, 24 hour Lobby Bar and Room service, sauna, gym. The hotel is located 35 minutes from Belorusskaya railway station (Moscow city centre) using Aeroexpress, within easy access to M11 highway.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Functions as director of sales and marketing for cluster of 2 hotels (Radisson Blu and Park Inn) with bookings over 700 rooms and 44 Meeting rooms
  • Provides day to day leadership to sales associates to achieve property sales objectives with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and property revenues
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Hotels; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services
  • Increasing client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with key-clients to generate and boost revenues
  • Applying a systematic and structured approach to sales, marketing & Public Relations including setting of targets, managing sales, marketing and PR activities and follow-up by reporting & controlling

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economy or business administration
  • At least 5-year sales & marketing work experience in Hotel industry
  • Strong writing and speaking skills in both Russian and English
  • Excelent selling and negotiations skills, Result oriented
  • Team leader
  • Stress resistance
  • Persistence, flexibility
  • Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets
