Responsibilities:
- Delivering results and achieving Hotel Budget and Commercial KPI’s
- Formulation of strategic plan for increasing sales and revenues
- Analyses of market, segmentation, clients demand, potential risks and trends
- Monitoring competitor activities
- Creating and implementing special offers for better productivity
- Maintaining contact with planners, corporate accounts, etc.
- Developing contacts with new, targeted corporate accounts
- Arrange meetings with existing and new accounts
- Proactive approach in researching market and attracting projects in the hotel (groups/events)
- Budgeting and forecasting on a regular basis
- Planning and executing sales trips to major market areas
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required, preferably in a hotel chain
- Ability and desire to work with people and maximize revenue
- Strong organization, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitasking
- Be active, creative, enthusiastic
- Fluent English
