Индийский edtech проект MentorsPro ищет Директора по продажам.

 

MentorsPro is an International startup with European roots that provide professional job-ready education. The company is venture funded and it is growing rapidly every month, constantly expanding (company has a team of 80).
Currently company is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to the sales team in the Indian market.
Product is easy to sell, it is loved by customers and it constantly shows high volume of sales.

 

Job description:

  • Manage the Sales Team (now 3 team leads, 40 sales managers)
  • Reach monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Participate in hiring process
  • Work on increasing the conversion rate
  • Work on improving quality of calls, conversations, scripts, together with the QA team
  • Cooperate with Product team, Marketing team in giving reasonable feedback about product (courses)
  • Reporting to the co-founders 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Head of Sales in EdTech
  • Strong leadership attitude
  • Experience in managing the team of 100+ people
  • Experience in managing the remote group
