Due to the high growth rates of the innovative IT company Social Links in the world’s market (except for Russia and the CIS), there is a position of a Sales Director of the SaaS product.

 

The purpose of this position:

Management and development of the sales process of the SaaS product Social Links in the B2B and B2G markets;
Implementation of the quarterly and annual sales plan for the SaaS product Social Links;
Formation of the “knowledge base” of the company based on communications with customers and partners (scripts, instructions, FAQ, sales kit, etc);
Development of the sales managers team.

 

Your tasks:

Revenue goals:

Ensure execution of Quarter and Annual SaaS-product sales revenue.
Set up individual Sales plans for each manager.
Monitor and take necessary measures to ensure adequate pipeline of opportunities and demand generations at the rates X 4 for sustainable annual revenue growth of x 2.
Develop an effective long-term sales strategy and plan.

Team goals:

Maintain and recruit a team of talented and experienced sales managers, introduce strong sales processes, motivate the sales team, resolve conflicts, remove barriers and provide recognition in the pursuit and achievement of sales revenue and profitability.
Drive each sales team member toward expected quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Facilitate individual growth and development of Sales team, setting objectives, performance standards and priorities, coaching and acting as role model on sales approaches and account leadership. Support on team professional growth by developing and executing individual and group educational plans.
Inspire and influence internal team members not under direct control, helping to remove obstacles and aiming goals achievement.

Sales Process goals:

Control ongoing sales opportunities with Key Accounts, perform personal sales and develop firm relationship with Key Accounts;
Fulfil and enhance sales processes/ procedures and sales tools/systems, inflate Social Links sales FAQ-section (Sale kit, supportive material, customer cases, etc);
Utilizes a disciplined approach for successful solution selling (value Centric Sales Approach), establishing and maintaining accurate, timely and documented sales revenue forecasting procedures, providing required updates to Social Links management and team members not under direct control.
Demonstrates outstanding execution track along sales cycle, ensuring Social Links’s sales methodologies and common processes are in place and defining clear engagement guidelines with Social Links customers.

Innovation:

Enhance existing sales process and conversions;
Shorten Sales funnel time period;
Raise average purchase amount;
Ensure up-sales rates at min 20% and retention rates at minimum 75%

Develop personal brand and represent Social Links in Socials:

Understand in depth OSINT and SOCMINT industry, trends, techniques, methods and main market players.
Build a network of executive relationships across industry, community and business groups, and with key partners and customers to stay current on issues impacting business and sales, providing meaningful strategic advice to retain and grow their business through integrated solutions.
Stay current and informed on all new campaigns, understanding their objectives and relevance, communicating to Sales team and ensuring all involved know the roles the play in making campaigns successful.
Stay current on industry, market, Social Links products, strategies and trends, competitors and competitive tactics to develop an effective long-term sales strategy and plan.

 

What we expect from you:

Business level English: Fluent
3+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / SaaS as Sales team lead or Sales Director
Knowledge of B2B and B2G sales techniques and methods. Knowledge in sales or presale
Leadership, Organizational ability, Proactivity, Strategic vision, Self-reliance, Responsibility, Communication skills and Knowledge of business ethics.
Ability to focus on a goal and choose the best ways to achieve it.
Creating and maintaining the necessary reporting.
It will be an advantage for candidates to have experience in IT, information security or software development, with knowledge in the field of information search and analysis tools.

 

What do we offer:

Monthly salary ~ 250 000 руб NET, where fixed and bonus amounts are 60% to 40%.
Episodical Remote work is possible.
