В финтех-стартап PashaPay требуется Директор по маркетингу.
PashaPay is a subsidiary of Pasha Holding - one of the largest holdings in Azerbaijan.
They work on developing fintech products for the segment of unprivileged customers who don’t have access to traditional banking solutions in the markets of Central and Western Asia.
For now, company is focused on creating a digital wallet that will replace cash and make daily payments a convenient experience both for individual users and for merchants in Azerbaijan.
How company works:
In product development, they live by the motto “Make it work, make it right, make it fast”. So, similar to our product teams using scalable Scrum, company is building an iterative work format in marketing. Already has a prioritized backlog with marketing hypotheses and channels to be used along with the well-defined approach for marketing design experiments and regular testing: once they find a channel with proven performance, they scale it until we reach maximum utilization - at this point they optimize and repeat.
What is yet to be done:
- Prepare and conduct an integrated launch campaign of a new product in Azerbaijan under tight deadlines
- Manage all marketing and communications channels: digital, SMM, PR, events, OOH, TV etc.
- Gather the marketing team, set working processes within the team and with the related departments
- Build a marketing analytics system, from channel effectiveness analysis to ROMI
- Assume responsibility over acquisition of customers and merchants, supporting and coordination with sales team on merchant acquisition
What company needs from you:
- 3 years experience as Marketing Manager
- Experience in the financial sector, ideally in fintech and/or proven experience with promotion of mass mobile b2c products
- Experience with both digital and offline channels, with preparation and implementation of integrated advertising campaigns
- Experience with set up of marketing analytics
- Experience managing a marketing team of 10-15 people
