В производственный холдинг Kronospan требуется Директор по логистике.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of complete logistics range (trucks, railway, wagons, containers) for all Kronospan production plants in Russia
- Own fleet management (trucks and wagons)
- Centralized freight negotiation and purchase
- Management, control and supervision of transport contracts incl. the agreed service level
- Achieving cost advantage through synergy of transport operations from different locations
- Budgeting and control of freight costs
- Searching and development of the most efficient logistics solutions
- Establishment and management of logistics terminals
- Supplier relationship management
- Strong communication and cooperation with Corporate Logistics office in the field of logistics/own fleet management
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years experience on management position in the logistics/supply chain area
- Strong knowledge in all logistics solutions (avto, rail, multimodal, etc.)
- Strong managerial skills (more than 500 employees under the command)
- Higher education (transport, logistics, economics)
- Fluent/ Advance English
- Proficient knowledge of the transport market in RU, BY, Asia and Europe
- Knowledge of the legal standards
- Readiness for regular travelling
