Requirements:
higher technical education (degree in «facilities management» is preferred) 5 years work experience in the engineering and maintenance in a managerial position experience in managing construction and assembly works relevant knowledge of MEP systems and gas supply facility: thermo-mechanical equipment, power supply facilities, HVAC systems, water supply and sewage disposal systems, gas consumption and distribution system strategic and operational planning skills high level of responsibility, effectiveness, multitasking skills Upper Intermediate English computer skills including knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
Duties and responsibilities:
coordinate the work of Facility Management & Maintenance ensure that all facilities and territory of the Complex are well-maintained ensure maintenance of landscape areas, parking lots, roads, outdoor lighting, gas-fired boiler room.
