NPO International announces a public and open selection of candidates for the position of the Director.
General duties include:
· Foundation of the Joint Venture with the international companies
· Conduction of negotiations with the potential customers
· Conclusion of the direct service agreements on provision of the Nondestructive testing with TCO, NCOC, KPO
· Participation in project management team meetings
Key requirements:
· Higher education
· Executive MBA
· IPMA or PRINCE2 certificate
· Team leadership experience in the international companies for at least 5 years
· Experience in working for the large foreign companies such as TCO, NCOC, KPO, Chevron
· Experience in sales of the engineering services (Nondestructive testing) for at least 5 years Proficient in MS Office
· Language skills: Russian – fluent, English – native
