Paxful is the people-powered marketplace for money transfers. Now the company is seeking a Director (Trading Products) that will be responsible for development of Paxful trading products (Paxful Marketplace, Paxful Fair Exchange, Paxful NFT marketplace, Paxful Trading Bot).
Trading Products Director will take these products to the new level, define strategy, vision and product roadmap and sucessfully implements it to make Paxful grow 10x.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
Set a product strategy and develop a roadmap for Trading Products prioritizing features and coordinating feature releases with product teams
Coordinate the development of products according to the global roadmap
Hire, manage, and grow a team of Product Managers and help them to reach their potential
Guiding cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts while playing a key role in organizing and communicating their work
Own development and communicate the long-term vision and goals for Paxful Trading Products
Define and analyze OKRs, make data-driven product decisions
Identify new product and growth opportunities for Paxful Trading Products
Provide product teams with necessary resources

Target Experience:
7+ years of overall experience (at least 4+ as a product manager) in Fintech, e-commerce, payment, and/or crypto companies
Proven track record of leading and influencing a Product-driven organization and managing and building high-performing teams
Bachelor’s Degree required; MS or MBA preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and a commitment to excellence
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
