Key Tasks include:
- Is responsible to drive aggressive orders growth within targeted Regions and Market Areas
- Facilitates the application of the go to market strategy for the Product Lines
- Leads and manage a network of regionally based HUBs
- Mentors regional Hub managers in their support to the MA’s
- Acts as the main contact for BL Orders and Sales
- Advises on the regional product offering
- Manages business volumes (OR and NS)
- Manages resources and competencies to ensure business targets are met
- Manages the sales and technical support teams for the regions
- Develops and achieve profitable growth and retention strategies for all Product Lines
- Develops marketing and growth strategies in conjunction with the Product Lines
- Assists in identifying and developing capabilities the PL/BL team
- Gathers market intelligence, track & report market share and report on GAP analysis
The person:
- Extensive experience in the Mining industry and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen, financial knowledge and experience running a P&L
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally at all levels
- Effective planning, communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
- Experience in Account and Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in working in or closely with sales, product management and services
- Ability to be both strategic and tactical
- Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good common knowledge of M:O’s portfolio
- Experience to work in large matrix organization
- Strong networking skills
- Experience managing cross organizational teams
