Akulchev is looking for Director of the Procurement Division.
Akulchev — Russia's first manufacturer of soft waffles. It is a stable, dynamically developing enterprise aimed at the future. Now the company operates in the markets of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Also, the products are already represented in the USA and China.
You have experience in automating procurement and production planning processes. You know how to successfully negotiate and achieve favorable terms for the company. You are fluent in EXCEL, 1C and can work with big data. The company is open to resumes of candidates who are ready to prove themselves within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimization of the company's procurement policy, taking into account changes in the sales plan, production capacity, seasonal fluctuations, as well as other factors
- Control of stock status for all groups of raw materials and supplies
- Develop strategy and planning for manufacturing site supply
- Analyzing the market of raw materials and suppliers
- Formulation of delivery plan taking into account sales plan and stock ratios
- Search for optimal suppliers according to criteria (price, quality, terms)
- Negotiating, discussing terms of supply
- Development of regulations for the department's activities and risk assessment
- Monitoring changes in the market and taking measures to adapt to new conditions
- Leading automation in 1C ERP
Requirements:
- Successful experience in forming and managing teams
- Ability to manage through business processes
- Building relationships and resolving conflict situations
- Result-oriented
- Skilled user of 1C, Excel
- Experience in personnel management, high level of responsibility
- Ability to find a non-standard approach to problem solving
