Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement the company’s supply chain strategy
- Manage Nana central warehouses department
- Lead the distribution planning department
- Manage the middle mile logistics between central warehouses and dark stores
- Establish Inventory strategies that ensure the availability of products in dark stores
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
- Achieve company OKR’s related to the distribution and warehouse departments
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Working experience of relevant software
- Retails experience is a preferred
- Supply chain certificate is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and project management skills

- Creative problem-solving
- A strategic and analytical mind
