The Product:
Improvado’s product is an Enterprise Data Platform for Marketers, Data Analysts, and Strategists that allows you to easily aggregate data from 250+ marketing platforms like Google and others, into one place, transform that data into the format you need, and visualize that data in your platform of choice. Company automates up to 90% of manual work related to reporting and uncover large revenue-generating opportunities for your Marketing teams that are hidden amongst the data. Improvado’s ability to process large amounts of data at high speeds enables us to help and customize solutions for Enterprise Brands more than anyone in the market.
Your Role:
Company is looking for a positive, results orientated, and influential individual with deep SaaS experience. This experienced leader and people manager will build and expand their team to ensure a robust pipeline and so that their team exceeds quarterly targets. The Director of Sales is responsible for the development and business results of a team of the entire Commercial sales team. Our AE’s focus on closing new logo opportunities that are sourced from the AE or their BDR. You will be responsible for expanding on the existing team and hiring new members to your sales team, while ensuring the individuals are tracking to exceed goal.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Team
- Hire, motivate, mentor and provide training to increase efficiency, productivity and skillsets of employees
- Meet or exceed revenue targets quarterly
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Lead contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data for your team and provide reliable forecast information to upper management
- Quote, negotiate, and assist sales reps in closing highly complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects
- Actively engage in territory planning and opportunity development
Required skills:
- 10+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- 5+ years of SaaS commercial sales management experience
- Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor and front-line sales manager
- Marketing experience a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25% with rep
