Job responsibilities:
Ensuring that profits are maximized and that all personal / team selling goals are met.
Participation in the preparation of the budget and financial plans, including the marketing plan of the hotel.
Development and implementation of sales plans, preparation of monthly reports and sales forecasts.
Development and preparation of special events for the presentation of the hotel to potential clients.
Managing the daily activities of the sales and marketing department.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and external contacts in order to increase the hotel’s income.
