Barcelona-based startup and the fastest-growing delivery player in Europe Glovo is looking to hire a Director of Sales, Growth & Category Management.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Sales: Create the strategy to increase the portfolio of Groceries Partners and Lead from the front in closing deals with top grocery retailers, onboarding them, and account management for global deals.
Partner Operations: Define the processes and guidelines so that local teams can improve partner operations.
Vendor Mgmt: Define the processes and guidelines so that local teams can increase the performance of the suppliers
Category Mgmt: Define the processes and guidelines so that local teams can improve Conversion and AOV in the Stores fulfilled from Darkstores and from our Partners
Growth: Define the optimal way to acquire and migrate users to place orders in groceries stores.
Work closely with our Local team’s department to scale and guarantee growth
YOU HAVE:
8+ years of experience in a senior role, involving team management, project management, and ownership of a budget and structure
Experience managing and inspiring people
360 degrees profile: you feel comfortable discussing operations, sales, and growth
Analytical mindset but with excellent execution skills
Excellent strategic thinking, including structuring complex problems and prioritizing effectively.
You love and succeed building things from scratch — blank canvas — and scaling them up
Interest in start-ups, technology, and a fast-paced environment
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
Experience in a start-up or building your own business is a plus
