Responsibilities of the Development Director:
Attract leads to search for loans secured by real estate, businesses that need investment. Also attracting investors. Search for new advertising sources for both;
Recruit a team to process these leads, bringing them to deals, to sales. (the salary for the director will start from the first sales) and we will further invest this money in development. At first, the first half of the year, all the money earned will go to the payroll of employees and the development of this area;
Strategic planning;
Promotion of the project to the UAE market;
Building a partner network;
Search for large, reliable and profitable projects to attract investment in them;
Interaction with large investors, large projects;
Recruitment, training, assistance, control;
Control of all built business processes
