MTS Fintech is looking for Director of Program.
The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Program Management to lead the Project Management Office. In this role you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the organization by leading the delivery of complex programs that drive innovation and growth.
You will be responsible for managing the existing projects portfolio, creating and leading a high-performing team of projects and program managers leading hands-on complex cross-functional projects, and driving the adoption of best practices and project culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the program portfolio, ensuring that all programs are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
- Build and manage a team of program managers who are able to lead and deliver complex programs from inception to completion.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior executives, business unit leaders, and functional managers, ensure that they are aware of program status and progress.
- Foster a culture of program management excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain program management methodologies, tools, and templates
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Director of Program/Project Management or similar role in a fast-paced digital organization, preferably with experience leading programs in agile and waterfall methodologies
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Strong program management expertise, with a deep understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including data analysis and dashboards
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks and issues effectively
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Relevant Background:
- 4+ years of experience in program management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Certification in program management is a plus
- Fluent English highly preferred
