А rapidly growing SaaS platform Insense, bridging the gap between brands and influential content creators has opened its doors for a Director of Product.

 

What do you get to do?
Build, guide, mentor, motivate and retain a team of product managers and designers
Own and report on the product metrics; be a co-owner of the associated P&L along with your business counterpart
Guide development of the product strategy and roadmap with a team of product managers and business personnel
Ship high-quality products from ideas and concepts through validation, shipping, measurement, and iterations for successful launches
Use data to evaluate the impact of new features post-launch, uncover new opportunities, and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with teams from the Customer Success, Sales, UX design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver extraordinary products to our customers. Structure and lead effective sprints and meetings to keep everyone on track
Develop a deep understanding of and empathy for our customers and partners
Build and create product strategy with our key partners such as Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms to leverage the maximum outcome for the business and win-win partnership
Build market and competitor awareness among the team. Ensure direct contact with partners and customers across geographies and segments to encourage customer empathy
Actively monitor key business metrics for both customer profiles — advertisers (demand) and creators (supply) and adjust team priorities as appropriate to deliver on financial and customer adoption goals
Play a key role in establishing scalable product processes and product development practices as we continue to grow and evolve
Effectively partner with the executive team and senior stakeholders across the company, with a focus on building consensus, influencing and presenting critical product insights

 

What you need to have/bring to the table
5+ Years of product management experience with a proven track record of successful launches
Upper-intermediate level of English fluency as you will communicate with English-speaking stakeholders
Experience in the B2B SaaS space is a plus. Experience with Marketplace space is an extra plus
Experience leading product teams establishing product roadmaps and ensuring teams deliver on key achievements
Experience in managing SMB and/or Enterprise customers expectations is a plus
Experience in Agile software engineering environments and demonstrated ability to partner successfully with engineering teams ensuring prompt delivery
Tech-savvy approach, use and implement data analytics tools. Nice to have — be able to run SQL/Python requests to get statistics
Ability to navigate the complexities of multiple internal and external stakeholders including different markets and geographies
Strategic thinker combined with planned execution. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the capacity to work under pressure towards tight deadlines

 

Your key focus and goals for the first six months are
Lead the relaunch of the Creators product (Supply Side of our Marketplace) which includes mobile interfaces and support for various geographies and currencies. As a goal — achieve 5x WAU at the end of the period
Set up Product Marketing processes to ensure that our stakeholders know about all features and updates in a timely and clear manner
Set up the process from Customer Development through Product Development to Business Results to make sure all of our product and features have a significant impact on business metrics and revenue overall
Mentor the Product team to ensure their professional and personal growth.
