Финтех-стартап OSOME ищет Director of People and Culture.
Osome is an Series-A backed international fintech startup with the mission to help business owners spend less time on routine admin and more time on managing their businesses. Company uses machine learning (AI) and complex algorithms to automate accounting, tax, company formation, and other tasks.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that we recruit people who are great cultural fits
Build, organise and run onboarding processes. New employees should feel welcome, adapt and learn company`s values quickly
Help design and implement a system to grow people in the company
Ensure that every employee has their place in Osome, and feels comfortable working with company, even if working remotely
Requirements:
Excellent communication both in English (at least B2 level) and Russian, influencing, interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with all levels of people
Have experience of effectively building HR processes in medium size companies
Experience of working in an IT company is a plus but not essential
Possess a high level of empathy. Without this, it’s hard to create great products and services
Be committed, meticulous, result-oriented, resourceful and self-driven/motivated
