Work Functions
Planning, implementing & control of Branch’s operations
Participation in biz plan development in co-operation with the Group management
Preparation of weekly/monthly/yearly reports
Interacting with Group divisions in daily activities and cross-divisional projects
Personnel Management
Interviewing and selection of new staff
Monitoring and evaluation of sales, operations and customer service staff performance
Yearly employee appraisals
Preparation of working instructions
Setting operational and customer service requirements to staff, in accordance to the Group standards
Vacations calendar
Monitoring and arrangement of scheduled & Ad hoc trainings
Internal audits conducting
External audits support
Vehicle maintenance control, maintenance expenses control, selection & purchase of new equipment
Maintaining office functionality: licensing, work force legal documentation, other issues required by Law.
Operational expenses control
Operations and customer service process coordination and control
Organising customer service and operational activities and monitoring service levels
Monitoring supplier performance, assessment and now suppliers selection
Managing Accounts receivable activities, supervision of credit control
Others
Contribute to the improvement of AAA-A2 Cargo quality and standards
New projects in AAA RU and group
Requirements
BA/MA
5 -10 years of relevant experience
Fluent Russian & English
Advanced PC MS user
Proven record in organising operations and processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
