The Sun Secret Collection started in 2018 with several properties showed on website. Company has reached today more 1100 properties around the world, added yacht charter business, and opened several branches in UK, Russia, and Slovakia. Complementing these company is now developing a luxury travel concierge business and looking for a candidate on the position - Director of new clients acquisition to help take Go-to-Market strategy to the next level and grow The Sun Secret Collection as a brand within the luxury travel sector.
You will report directly to the CEO. This position takes responsibility for making a strong contribution to revenue growth, executing a clear sales strategy and acquiring new qualified leads and customer relationships to achieve annual budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a detailed Sales strategy
- Bring and attract to the Company new direct Clients especially HNWI and UHNWI
- Build relationships with customers through an effective consultative approach, add value, introduce ideas to generate new sales opportunities for UHNW clients
- Build a pipeline of new business and convert enquiries into bookings
- Create compelling and high-quality business proposals
- Identify and participate in relevant external networking opportunities with a view to drive business awareness amongst relevant prospects and other influencers
Qualification and experience:
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven track-record of success within a reputable global luxury travel concierge operation with a minimum of 7/10 years’ experience
- Have experience at a senior management level and a portfolio of existing clients
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on both sales results & customer satisfaction
- Excellent relationship development and communication skills
- Good negotiating and influencing skills, able to build rapport fast
- Should have experience of working for multinational organisations and be fluent in English. Any other languages would be advantageous
