Description
The role of Director of New Business & Services is broad in its remit and is responsible for pro-actively driving and delivering the organisation’s strategy for growth and development. By forging new opportunities for service growth, developing new strategic partnerships and leading ambitious and effective development and operational teams, the Director of New Business & Services will realise Cranstoun’s ambition to provide innovative services to more people.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a highly credible strategic leader with an excellent recent track record of retaining services, delivering excellent operational services and cultivating significant levels of new business. You will be ambitious and proactive with excellent communication, negotiation and people skills and knowledge of or passion for the health and social care sector, specifically; substance misuse, young people, housing, criminal justice and domestic abuse.
