Company supposes movie makers have great power and opportunity to inspire millions of people to develop themselves and their environments. inDriver is going to support the most talented independent movie makers through awards, media and commercial promotion. The company will create and run a few highly impactful activities in the movie industry and is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to manage this work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate formation of a new team, recruit employees, motivate and develop them
- Working closely with the CEO and SVP of Vision programs to identify the directions of the program's activities, strategy
- Manage complicated, multi-stage and geodiversified events, effectively promote them
- Organize effective interaction between the program team and other divisions of the company, including the involvement of employees in volunteering activities
- Establish a wide network of partnerships around the world, negotiate with individuals, commercial companies, public and government organizations
- Represent the company in the media and in communication with influencers, in terms of the Movie program
- Develop program’s commercial projects
What company expects from you:
- 10+ years of experience in managing projects and events
- Knowledge in the movie industry
- Financial planning, budget control, data management skills
- Excellent communication skills including negotiations, interviews and public speaking
- Problem solving, critical thinking, innovation and creativity
- Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Fluent in English
- Are not tied to a specific location and are ready to communicate with candidates around the world
