World’s largest hotel operator Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Director of Marketing.

The Director oversees all marketing activities and as the revenue leader for the Hotel is responsible for a team that includes Revenue Management, Public Relations, Sales, Reservations, Event Sales and Group Services and Marketing for the hotel and all outlets.
Strong relationship building skills, perfect knowledge of the local market will allow for genuine team interactions and engagement. This role must be based on site in St Petersburg.
Applicants must have experience as a Director with a record of accomplishment in driving RevPAR and EBITDA performance. You will work closely with the General Manager in communicating the Hotel’s marketing vision, strategies and tactics to the owners for approval and engagement. You will have a strong background in both group meeting with an acumen for the incentive market as well as individual leisure travel sales as these are important segments for the hotel. You will create and deploy paid marketing campaigns, analyze and update SEO, and maintain a current and inviting digital presence on all platforms. You will have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Director of Marketing (with similar scope).
