ApprovalMax is an innovative cloud approval workflow system that enables spend control and optimization for organizations of all sizes. They are currently expanding and hiring a data-driven Director of Marketing.

 

At ApprovalMax, the Director of Marketing is responsible for leading all aspects of the marketing portfolio worldwide with the focus on AU, NZ, UK, US, Canada and other English-speaking countries in support of the ApprovalMax brand and growth strategy in SMB segments with strong focus on the mentioned markets. We’re looking for professionals with extensive marketing experience with the aptitude to lead diverse marketing functions and understanding of the finance & accounting SaaS ecosystem who want to take up a new challenge. You should be highly motivated to succeed, and empower your team to do so, in an approachable manner, that engenders trust and confidence at all levels across the organization.

 

You will lead the following marketing activities:

Demand Generation:

Brand building
Content Marketing
Building thought leadership content
Replicate / reuse existing / newly created content across different channels
Value proposition, messaging
Thought leadership content
Marketing automation
Social media / community management

Lead Generation:

Performance Marketing
Paid Advertisements
Lead gen campaigns
Email marketing and lead nurturing
SDR function development
Help to improve CRM data quality

Sales Enablement methods:

Testimonials
Case studies
Sales presentations and other supporting information

 

As well as working on:

Website traffic scalability and conversion rate optimization
Continuous growth on branded and organic traffic (SEO)
Building up budgeting and analytics, transform marketing into data-driven function
Leading a team of marketers to drive key business metrics including MRR & ARR
Building a strong trusted relationship with the Sales team and leadership while contributing updates in sales pipeline meetings and supporting MRR-generating initiatives
Support of product led growth initiatives
