About the role:

  • As the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will use your planning, strategic thinking, content creation, execution and analytical skills to help the company profitably grow through creation of integrated go-to-market plans
  • You will be integral in planning, creating and executing the production of solution launches, delivery of experiential marketing projects, curating experiences and creating content highlighting core values and product suite, and working with business development team to present offerings to prospective and existing partners
  • You will  take ownership of campaigns, with direct supervision from the Vice President of Global Marketing, and work alongside the Experiential, Regional and Product Marketing teams in a group effort to execute the larger Xsolla Marketing strategy
  • This role is based in the Xsolla Global Headquarters Los Angeles, California office. Hybrid or Remote flexibility, but you must be based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area and capable of readily community to the office when need be

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies within marketing budget while reducing costs and performing risk mitigation
  • Support the global internal marketing team and international ad agencies
  • Work on the product roadmap with VP of Marketing, and run the go-to-market product strategy
  • Execute multiple trade show strategies and oversee logistics
  • Conduct surveys, and leverage data and analytics to drive insights
  • Modify or redirect business intelligence strategy
  • Work with the PR team from events to executive public speaking opportunities to working with PR agencies
  • Develop and measure key metrics around the business including customer acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates

 

Requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field
  • 8-10+ years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility as well as 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Must have experience as a manager and understanding how to manage remote/global teams
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales and business development; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance
  • Demonstrated experience in the video-game industry and deep understanding of end-to-end product cycles and needs of businesses in the ecosystem
  • Strong B2B experience identifying opportunities, from lead generation to forecasting, utilizing digital marketing campaigns (end-to-end) to convert, nurture and build life-long advocates as partners/clients
  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Advanced experience working with a variety of traditional and modern marketing and communications functions including: branding and messaging to different target audiences
  • Ability to travel based on need. 10-20% for domestic and international travel
