А leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management JLL is looking for an experienced Director of Industrial and Warehouse leasing who will be at the heart of the team managing transactions in the logistics and industrial sector, providing high-quality strategic real estate advice to major international and domestic corporate clients.
Your scope of responsibility will include:
Developing corporate real estate strategy for JLL clients in the logistics sector (including but not limited to rent vs. purchase analysis, cash-flow analysis, finding solutions to optimize rent fees etc.)
Participate in all industrial projects with focus on exclusive and co-exclusive ones, including regional projects
Build up and maintain long term reliable relationships with main players on the Real Estate market
Active usage of different sources to identify potential demand in real estate market, i.e. cold-calling, CRM database, socializing, etc.
Winning /assisting in winning new business, contribute to widening department’ portfolio of projects by signing new middle-scale instructions
Regularly monitor the market and source new occupiers from news, public events, announcements, etc.
To apply you need to be / have:
4+ years’ experience in Warehouse & Industrial leasing
