В международную высокотехнологичную компанию Xsolla требуется Director of Human Resources in Russia.
As a senior member of the global HR team you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic HR plan. This role will help to support the company’s global business plan and focus on building a high performing and engaged workforce, whilst constantly promoting the corporate culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role that is key in developing culture, driving HR excellence, processing improvement and at all times developing people initiatives.
This role will cover multiple countries, primarily Russia and Malaysia. Company is opening a new development office in Kuala-Lumpur and creating the team. That being said, all processes and policies will need to be made from scratch for our Malaysia office. Therefore, it is essential you have worked in a similar setting and understand the challenges of working with teams and stakeholders in a number of international areas.
There are more than 400 employees in our Russian team and 8 great HR managers, who care about the happiness and productivity of their colleagues. The HR team completes the full cycle of HR processes including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, professional development & learning, compensation & benefits, performance management, corporate culture, HR brand & DevRel, requesting & implementing continuous feedback, and more.
There are 14 employees on Global HR team at this moment from different parts of the world: the USA, South Korea, Russia, Europe and Malaysia in the near future.
With the continuous change and growth that is happening throughout the business you will be an effective communicator so that any employee initiatives are rolled out across the region in a timely and effective manner. You will also lead and be involved on projects as needed both at a global corporate and local business level.
Core job functions/responsibilities:
Russian office:
- Managing and developing the Russian HR team (Talent Acquisition Lead, HR Managers, Recruiters)
- Creating HR strategy and roadmap for RU team
- Communicating with HQ office and informing the team and all the employees about news, decisions, plans and ideas
- Organizing and conducting the Town Hall conference call for all RU employees with main team updates every month
- Collaborating with senior leadership to understand the company’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
- Planning, leading, developing, coordinating, and implementing policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs
- Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Applying this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management
- Developing and implementing departmental budget
Kuala Lumpur office:
- Organizing hiring process in the new Xsolla office at Kuala Lumpur
- Creating a strong HR generalist and recruitment team in Malaysia
- Interpreting, understanding and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
- Creating or maintaining employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
- Maintaining and updating human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
- Conferring with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
- Providing management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues
- Analyzing employment-related data and preparing required reports
- Advising management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs Administering employee benefit plans
- Coordinating with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs
Educations/knowledge/skills:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- At least five years of human resource management experience
- Fluent or advanced in English
- Passionate about game industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Preferred:
- Experience working at an entrepreneurial organization, IT companies
- Masters degree
