Key responsibilities:
- Management, supervision and coaching of the payroll accountant and HR specialists team of the Payroll&HR department as well as 1C Team leader
- Responsible for annual appraisals and midyear review for his/her staff, development and maintaining KPIs
- Preparation of annual budgets (revenue and costs), quarterly forecasts
- Maintaining good relations with the Clients
- Negotiation new projects and services with the potential and existing Clients, as well as preparation of service proposals and fee quotes for the clients
- Quality control of the services provided to the Client, as well as arranging the control of accounting receivable
- Maintaining permanent contact with clients on day to day operations and complex issues. Ensuring that the client is informed about any potential risks in due time
- Review and control quality of services provided for the clients
- Ensuring compliance of the services provided to clients in accordance with the contracts executed between the Employer and a client
- Performing other tasks given by the direct manager
Key requirements:
- Project management experience
- People management experience with the team not less than 10 people
- Fuent English
- Advanced computer skills
- Good skills (experience) in conducting negotiation and business correspondence, including in English
