Mobile NFT collection platform Yoba Labs is looking for a Director of Growth.
The Yoba Labs team is developing a mobile NFT collection platform with game mechanics. On this platform, company will launch a licensing collection of different fan universes.
At the first stage, company starts to cooperate with football clubs, in the future plans to develop licensing collections with other sports clubs, cybersports clubs, universes of movies, series, games, music, artists, etc.
What you will embody:
- Working directly with fans of sports clubs (using some of the clubs' marketing resources)
- Responsible for Yoba Labs growth based on current goals
- Experiments, experiments, and more experiments
- Working with most existing marketing channels, including the growth hacking category
- Run channels: manage budgets and forecasts, measure performance, and optimize for results
- Create a lot of things from scratch: team, processes, infrastructure
How company imagines you:
- 5+ years experience in the marketing
- 2+ years at the head position
- Web3, Metaverse, NFT are your obsessed and you are curious to be a part of that crime
- Excellent knowledge of analytics and high skills in working with data
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- You know what feedback is
- The initiative, curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to work quickly with similarly active team members is about you
- Knowledge of English (B2+)
- Knowledge of Spanish would be great
- Experience in a B2C, game, sport, mobile area will be your advantage
