The Candidate:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead developing business strategy through analyzing market/industry trend
- Company and asset valuations
- Merger & Acquisitions and Valuations
- Lead full cycle of M&A/ investment projects, i.e., sourcing and screening M&A targets, developing business case, designing deal structures and negotiation
- Build and develop complex financial models
- Advisory using market approach and income approach (DCF, DDM, Market Multiples)
- Prepare client reports and presentation materials
- Organizing due diligence of third parties and cross-functions Demonstrated experience working directly with client executives at the most senior level
- Handled analyst, public market experience
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns with the goal of attracting and converting prospects
- Supporting strategic projects
Requirements:
- Hands-on approach and flexibility with an inspired ‘can-do’ work attitude
- Commitment to delivering exceptional financial services with a passion
- An ability to be proactive and find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned by adjusting job scope as required
- Teamwork-oriented
- Holding 15 years of work experience, including but limited to in a Public Company
- Positive outlook, outgoing personality, and fun to work with
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a necessity
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
