The main duties:
Team building and management of the departments dealing with finance, accounting and law:
- Finance (it’s in the development process)
- Budgeting and treasury
- Financial statements under RAS, IFRS
Controlling department:
- Supporting for main business processes (procurement, logistics, marketing, production) by measurement tools of performance
Accounting (it’s in the development process):
- Reporting Stocktaking and audits
- Documented support for all business directions in the company (internal outsourcing documented processes for accounting)
To create the Audit Monitoring department:
- Examiners
- Internal Security
- Lawyers
- Supporting for commercial and labor contracts
- Corporate work
Administrative department:
- Safety and health protection
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher economic education
- English language – С1 level
- Experience and accounting skill management
- Knowledge of Tax and Civil law
- Performance and commitment in operational processes
- Understanding of necessities for good financial service function
- Experience as CFO with good management skills
