You will be the Chief Financial Officer supporting the growth and development of the Eastern European business of FLEETCOR while supervising all financial functions which encompasses FP&A, business analysis, treasury, accounting, taх and credit risk management.
The person will be a part of the senior executive team within the Region and directly participate in the Company’s strategy execution.
About you
- Previous CFO experience at a large or medium-sized Company
- Exceptional analytical capabilit
- Previous team management (min 50+ FTE matrix)
- Natural negotiating and communication skills
- Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
- CFA/CMA/ACCA qualification is preferable
- Bi-lingual in English/Russian.
What you’ll be doing
- Establish a robust financial organization with clear priorities focused on business results
- Build a strong team within the Function, coordinate team efforts and develop people
- Manage 5 departments: Financial planning and business analysis, Treasury, Accounting and Reporting, Tax function and Credit risk management
- Develop and provide management reporting on a regular basis with analysis of business metrics and KPI’s
- Provide business analysis of Company’s results; control and improve the profitability of products and services; analyze commercial, operational and investment business cases
- Drive budgeting process: policy, responsibility by profit and cost centres, execution control, review and submission
- Build good relations with banks, focus on effective cash and credit management, development of financial products to be offered to our customers
- Ensure compliance with FLEETCOR Group standards and follow reporting deadlines
- Liaison with internal and external auditors and tax authorities
- Support M&A activities from a financial perspective
- Be a business advisor to CEO and other Management teams
