Requirements:
- University degree in finance/economics
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of USALI
- Experience of finance management in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Russian accounting and international accounting (P&L Statement IAS) systems
Responsibilities:
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)
- Ensures the exact and correct accounting as per Russian, international and ACCOR standards
- Control of all the operational costs, coordinates and maintains annual budget
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations
- Oversee the operations in the accounting office, purchasing, storage, IT
- Hold meetings with the heads of departments, to acquaint them with the current financial results (P&L) and forecasts for future periods
- Hold regular meetings with the staff of accountable departments
- Promote the financial literacy of operational personnel. Maintain contact with the staff directly or through the heads of departments
