Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
P&L responsibility of Field Services for Region Central
Field Service business target setting and strategy implementation with Market Areas in the region
Lead through coaching and influencing to drive profitable growth of the Field Service business in the region. Work with the Market Areas to identify and capture growth opportunities for the Field Service business.
Ensure the training, implementation and use of Metso Outotec offerings, processes and tools for Field Services
Assures market areas have the appropriate level of Field Service resourcing, training and certifications in place to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Contribute to Market Area quotation work, LCS solution defining, Field Service delivery and warranty process as required
Drive end to end cooperation between Market Areas and the Field Service Product Group
Lead change management initiatives for field services in the region. Be a strong change leader.
Promote a proactive safety culture in the region
Qualifications
Strong understanding of the field service business
Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience in field service, mining or similar industry.
Degree in engineering, business or related discipline preferred
Customer-oriented mindset with an understanding of customer needs & operations
Commercial & financial acumen.
