В ювелирный бренд UNOde50 ищут Director of Expansion.

 

UNOde50 - unique design jewelry brand, handcrafted in Spain. UNOde50 is present in over 40 countries and our stores are located on the most emblematic streets of big cities like Paris, Rome, Madrid, London, Milan, Barcelona, Shangai, New York, Tokyo and Moscow.
The Director of Expansion will be in charge of growing the business of UNOde50 and impulse its sales in EMEA & APAC region, managing the national and international Wholesale and Franchise teams, clients and partners.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a Strategic Expansion & Business Development Plan with the objective to penetrate into new markets and ensure strong and consistent growth of the business in the current ones
  • Define the annual national and international Wholesale and Franchise sales budget for EMEA & APAC region and ensure its achievement
  • Consolidate the relationship with current clients and partners and implement action plans to impulse sales
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities with new business partners in EMEA & APAC region in order to guarantee profitable, long term-term business for the Brand worldwide. Special focus on the French and German markets
  • Oversee and manage a team of account managers, business partners and clients
  • Review current contracts and business agreements and update / renegotiate their content in the best interest of the company
  • Develop and implement a Strategic Plan for Wholesale and Franchise to ensure that all points of sale, product display and customer experience meet the Brand Standards required by the Company

 

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Expansion & Business Development (executive position) in the jewelry sector
  • Solid Franchise & Wholesale expertise
  • Experience in contract negotiation
  • Strong network of national and international business partners
  • Experience with sales in international markets. Russia & China will be a plus
  • Spanish and English: full professional proficiency. Other languages knowledge will be an added value
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Traveling 80%
