The Association of European Businesses - AEB is an independent non-profit organization representing over 520 companies from Europe, Russia, and other countries. Members are committed to forging stronger economic ties between the EU and Russia and improving the investment climate in Russia. Organization conducts lobbying activities through various committees, sub-committees, and working groups, working closely with European and Russian authorities. The AEB also offers information support to the European business community through multiple channels.
Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Event Director with The Association of European Businesses - AEB. The Event Director will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and managing events. This role is located in Moscow City, Russia, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Event planning, budgeting, and event management skills
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to work independently both in office and remotely
- Min 5 y experience in organizing events and managing budgets
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability and proven track record to deliver above average/ahead of competition event results
- Knowledge of the European and Russian business environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field
